South View Heights is a residential association consisting of 208 homes/lots; we have an active board overseen by the Board of Directors, which consists of a President, Secretary, Treasurer/Bookkeeper and four other members. All positions are volunteer, with the exception of the Bookkeeper, who is paid a small amount. Each person serves 2-3 year terms.

The board meets the second Monday of each month. Semi-Annual meetings are held in April and October. All who live in South View Heights are welcome to attend. A flier is always sent out 30 days prior to the meeting.

Our Goals :

• To make our community a healthy, safe and welcoming area that everyone would want to live in.
• Uphold the CC&R that we all agreed upon when we purchased our homes.
• Collection of past due association dues and, if not possible, file liens to insure that when the houses or lots are sold, we will be paid at closing which insures the new owners will not inherit the previous owner's problem.
• Wetlands.
