reports were reviewed. The unpaid dues were discussed. Payment was received
from the title company for Christopher Rice on 1297 E Timmen Court. It was
discussed and determined to write off the remaining $100 (half of 2006) sin=

his account was not handled correctly by the title company. Huckabee proper=
ty
at 1296 E Timmen Court is in the process of foreclosure. Ken will check the
status with Adair Homes. Troy
reported that a new $5,000 CD was opened. We have two $10,000 CD’s
currently. Dave Pettit did not receive his monthly check for service. Troy =

send to his new address.

on
Southview Heights Drive: Jim reported that James Danielson at 1186 E Ennis
Court is upset about the tree not being replaced on Southview Heights Drive.
Dave Pettit has been consulted and he suggested waiting until June and if t=
he
growth doesn’t come back in to replace it at that time. It was noted =
that
the tree opposite the pond needs to be replaced.

Ken
reported that Dave will be cleaning the pond and putting a screen around the
pump to prevent clogging from the leaves.

Fence
cleaning: Ken was asked by the homeowner at the corner of Aspen and Southvi=
ew
Heights Drive when the fence will be cleaned again. He informed him that the
fence will be pressure washed this spring. Dave Pettit stated that the fence
gets porous attracting moss and that there is a chemical that can be applie=
d to
inhibit the growth of moss.

the check and he will resubmit.
